Queue Associates is proud to announce the opening of its new offices in Hamilton, Bermuda, signifying a significant milestone in its commitment to strengthening its presence and capabilities in Latin America and the Caribbean. This critical expansion enables Queue to provide comprehensive support for Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, and Azure throughout these markets, building on its 25 years of trusted local service under the Microsoft Services Provider License Agreement and Microsoft Service Provider Agreement.

A decision was made to establish a physical presence in the LATAM region in response to the need for enhanced service to local customers and compliance with new Microsoft Cloud Partner Program requirements. Queue’s expert team in Hamilton, led by James Davis, will work hand-in-hand with the company’s Boca Raton, Florida offices under the leadership of Erika Williams. Close collaboration between these critical facilities empowers Queue to deliver unparalleled support.

Jeffrey Goldstein, Global Managing Director of Queue Associates, expressed his enthusiasm: “Our expansion into Bermuda marks a significant advancement for Queue Associates as we reinforce our footprint in Latin America in the Caribbean. Our strategically positioned offices and expert teams fully equip us to provide unmatched services to our customers in these regions. We eagerly anticipate continued growth and success as we enhance our offerings and expand our global footprint.”

Queue’s new location is part of the company’s ongoing growth plans. In addition to recently opening offices in Toronto, Canada, which have expanded the company’s presence in North America, Queue is preparing to announce the opening of additional offices in the APAC and EMEA regions. These regional facilities complement Queue’s primary headquarters in New York, London, and Hong Kong, further reinforcing the company’s ability to reach customers worldwide.
