Cybersecurity Tech Accord and Women4Cyber Partner to Bridge Cyber Gender Gap on International Women’s Day

The Cybersecurity Tech Accord and Women4Cyber are collaborating to address the gender gap in the cybersecurity workforce for International Women’s Day. Queue Associates, informed through our partner Voices for Innovation (VFI), a Microsoft-supported community, is engaged in advancing discussions on crucial technology policies. [Our Global Managing Director, Jeffrey Goldstein, is an emeritus member of VFI’s Advisory Task Force.] The joint initiative by Tech Accord and Women4Cyber focuses on fostering inclusion, providing mentorship, and connecting women with industry leaders. Despite progress, women comprised only 26% of the global cybersecurity workforce in 2023.
The partnership between the organizations includes a webinar and mentorship program to empower women with the skills needed for successful careers in cybersecurity, highlighting the importance of diverse perspectives in enhancing industry efforts.
