Raymond Gnall serves as Principal and Director of Operations at Queue Associates, where he has been a principal since 1993. As Director of Operations, Raymond oversees various departments, including Professional Services, Product Development, Programming, and Implementation. With extensive expertise as a Dynamics Project specialist, he has successfully led or directly managed nearly all of Queue’s Microsoft Dynamics implementations. These implementations number over 1,000 to-date. Raymond is a Certified Microsoft Solutions Architect focusing on business process analysis, re-engineering, and financial management.

Raymond has obtained multiple Microsoft Dynamics solutions certifications, including Microsoft Dynamics 365/AX Trade & Logistics, Microsoft Dynamics 365/AX Financials, Microsoft Dynamics SL Financials, Microsoft Dynamics SL Projects, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Finance. Additionally, he has achieved several significant Microsoft Professional Certifications, such as MBSS (Microsoft Certified Business Management Solutions Specialist) and SA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Architect).

Raymond’s qualifications extend beyond his technical expertise. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of esteemed organizations such as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA), the Project Management Institute (PMI), and the Institute of Management Accountants. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland and pursued a double major in Finance and Accounting during his MBA studies at Pace University.
