Marcus Woo is Director of Sales and Marketing for Hong Kong and Greater China at Queue Associates. He brings more than 15 years of executive leadership in technology business development, enterprise transformation, and commercial strategy across the telecommunications and ICT sectors, including nearly a decade in senior leadership roles. His breadth of professional experience reflects a strong understanding of the regional landscape and the forces shaping long-term economic and technological advancement.

At Queue Associates, Marcus identifies strategic opportunities, cultivates partnerships with major industry participants, and strengthens engagement throughout the Microsoft Partner ecosystem. He works with organisations to modernise operations through Microsoft applications, cloud platforms, and AI capabilities while building cross-border alliances that reinforce APAC market positioning and operational performance.

Prior to joining the firm, Marcus served as Senior Vice President of Digital Technologies and Data Infrastructure at Invest Hong Kong. In that role, he supported the establishment and expansion of more than 100 overseas and Chinese Mainland technology enterprises spanning software, hardware, big data, and artificial intelligence. His work helped attract foreign direct investment, enable companies to establish operations in Greater China, and foster international technology collaboration. Earlier in telecommunications and ICT, he led enterprise initiatives for multinational and Fortune 500 organisations, delivering large-scale technology programmes that now inform his advisory work with clients implementing Microsoft solutions.

Marcus holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley, and both a Master of Arts and Master of Business Administration from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
