Judemark Bwari serves as Director of the Africa Business Unit at Queue Associates, where he is responsible for driving the company’s growth strategy, customer success initiatives, and partner ecosystem across Africa.

With over 15 years of experience in technology sales, cloud transformation, and business development, Judemark has helped organisations across both the public and private sectors leverage Microsoft technologies to accelerate digital transformation and achieve measurable business outcomes. His expertise spans Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Security, Data & AI, and Microsoft Copilot.

Prior to joining Queue Associates, Judemark founded MetaReach Ltd, a technology consulting firm focused on helping organisations modernise operations through cloud computing, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and digital workplace solutions. He has led strategic technology initiatives across multiple industries, helping customers improve efficiency, strengthen security, and unlock new opportunities for growth.

At Queue Associates, Judemark leads the company’s expansion across Africa, working closely with customers and partners to deliver innovative Microsoft solutions that drive operational excellence, digital transformation, and sustainable business growth.

Judemark holds a Master of Science (MSc.) in ICT and Policy Regulation and a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) in Telecommunication and Information Engineering from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.
