Jerod Powell is Director of Queue Associates Northwest, based in Bellevue, Washington. A proven technology leader with more than two decades of executive experience, he drives Queue’s West Coast growth strategy while strengthening the firm’s alignment with Microsoft’s global leadership in Redmond. Jerod also co-leads Queue’s global Azure Managed Service Provider (MSP) practice, directing the delivery of Microsoft Managed Cloud, Managed Security, and Managed Intelligence services that support mission-critical operations for clients in complex and high-demand industries.

Earlier in his career, he founded and led a Microsoft-focused managed services firm specializing in cloud, security, and data transformation, scaling it from startup to a multi- million-dollar business in recurring revenue before its successful acquisition. His background spans cloud architecture, cybersecurity, operational transformation, and business modernization for midmarket and enterprise organizations.

A seven-time Microsoft Partner of the Year award recipient, Jerod has served on Microsoft Cloud and SMB advisory councils, delivered keynote presentations at Microsoft Inspire and other global technology forums, and is a published author on cloud strategy, security, and modern business modernization. He brings a strong record of practice development, commercial growth, and forward-looking leadership—helping organizations build secure, scalable, and modern technology foundations that deliver measurable results.
