Chiara James joined the Queue Associates EMEA team in 2018 while studying Business Management at Bayes Business School, City University of London. She graduated with First-Class honors and became the Business Development Manager, leading the EMEA region’s sales, marketing, and business development. With her extensive business development, operational management, and event management background, Chiara leveraged her skills and experience to develop Queue EMEA’s Dynamics 365 practice.
Since joining Queue, Chiara has played a crucial role in achieving ISO compliance in quality and information security management. She prepared the organization to align with global ISO standards and maintains these standards as the co-head of Queue’s Global ISO committee. Chiara’s exceptional performance led to her promotion to Director in 2022, and she continues to drive growth and success for the company.
