Microsoft and Queue Associates, a Microsoft Dynamics Gold Partner, headquartered in New York City, with full-scale business locations in London, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, China, Osnabrück, Germany and Alpharetta, Georgia, offered a private tour of Microsoft’s Flagship Store on New York’s fashionable Fifth Avenue to customers, partners and other guests. The event offered a chance for participants to meet the Microsoft New York and Queue Associates teams, and to preview the latest version of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 software suite. A very special part of the event was a Microsoft Teams training session, offered for FREE to the guests, led by Teams experts!

Queue Associates was very interested in having those who attended the event learn more directly from Microsoft about the powerful Microsoft Teams, the communications app powered by Microsoft 365, which enables businesses (and public sector organizations) of all sizes — from SMBs to large enterprises — to communicate more effectively, work better together, customize collaborative workspaces, and keep business teams secure. This also included IAMCP members from the IAMCP NYC, IAMCP NJ and other nearby Chapters.
