Queue Associates‘ Managing Director, Jeffrey Goldstein, participates annually in many Microsoft, and Microsoft-related, conferences and events. In September, he decided to attend the 2018 Directions North America Conference, which “brings together developers, implementers, technical experts, sales and executive/owner representatives from (*Microsoft) SMB partners, ISVs, Service Providers, and Microsoft across North America and beyond.”

During the conference, Microsoft Partners were engaged to learn how to boost their business with Dynamics 365 Business Central, and to take advantage of Dynamics-focused tracks and workshops to receive cutting edge training that will enhance their businesses.
