Jeffrey Goldstein

Chief Executive Officer & President

Jeffrey Goldstein, Chief Executive Officer & President of Queue Associates Inc., founded the company in 1991. Jeffrey served as the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Queue before becoming the President in June of 1999. Jeff has over 18 years of experience in information technology. Prior to founding Queue, Jeff was a Senior Computer Consultant at Gotham Computer Services and provided consulting services to a variety of manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and financial services organizations. Jeff is a Solomon Certified System Engineer, a Solomon Certified Customization Programmer, and is a member of the Independent Computer Consultants Association (ICCA). Jeff received a BBA in Management Information Systems from PACE University, and an MBA in Management Science from IONA College.

Ray Gnall

Vice President of Operations

Raymond Gnall is Vice President of Operations at Queue Associates, Inc. and has been an Officer at Queue since 1993. As Vice President of Operations, Ray manages Professional Services, Product Development, Programming and Implementation. Prior to joining Queue, Ray was Director of Operations at Nationwide Power Corporation, and Director of MIS at Rosenblatt, Slavet, Radezky, P.C. He is a CPA and is a member of the AICPA, NYSSCPA, the Project Management Institute, and the Institute of Management Accountants. Ray has a BS in Psychology from the University of Maryland, and an MBA from Pace University where he had a double major in Finance and Accounting. Ray is a Solomon Certified Financial Expert.

Toni Savage

Vice President of Technical Support

Toni Savage is Vice President of Technical Support at Queue Associates, Inc. She has been an Officer at Queue since 1996 and has specialized in corporate accounting solutions for 31 years. As Vice President of Technical Support, Toni is responsible for Hardware and Software Installation as well as ongoing Customer Support. Prior to joining Queue, Toni was President of TS Systems, Inc., one of the first and largest Value Added Resellers of Solomon Software in the country. Toni founded TS Systems in 1982 and came to Queue with over 18 years of experience in microcomputer accounting system installation, training and customer service. Toni is a frequent contributor to industry publications and has authored articles for Smart Reseller magazine and PlanetIT.com. Toni holds a BS from Barnard College of Columbia University and a Management Accounting Certificate from NYU. She has attended various off-site business courses at the Wharton School of Business and holds a wide range of Solomon certifications. Toni has received the Microsoft Dynamics SL MVP award for 2006-07 and 2007-08. The MVP Award recognizes exceptional technical community leaders worldwide who actively share their real world expertise with others.
